Ashish was born in a small town in the inner valleys of beautiful Kashmir, India. Kashmir was a community of feasts, friends and families. It was the perfect place for his love for food to manifest. His urge to explore different cuisines and techniques lead him to Mumbai to New York to London where he worked with renowned chefs and developed his own craftmanship.
At every turn, Ashish was exposed to a diverse, creative and dynamic culture of food and hospitality. He brings to Spring Kitchen a belief that there is no limit to learning and a desire to leave no stone unturned.
